When are the workshops held?

Workshops run in four-week series with new cohorts starting throughout the year. Sessions are usually on Sundays with time slots like 1–3pm or 4–6pm. Exact times depend on space availability and student preference.

You can schedule a discovery call to ask questions and reserve your spot. Once your spot is confirmed, you’ll receive all details by email.

Each cohort is limited to 15 participants to keep sessions personal and supportive.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel if you’d like. Dress comfortably for movement and relaxation.
Absolutely. All sessions are beginner-friendly and trauma-informed. You do not need any previous experience.

The workshop series is designed as a complete experience, so most participants only need to take it once. If you’re looking for continued support afterward, private breathwork coaching may be a better next step. These one-on-one sessions can help you go deeper, integrate what you’ve learned, or address more personal goals at your own pace.

We understand that life happens and you may need to miss a session. However, the workshop is designed as a complete four-part experience, and registration is for the full series. At this time, we cannot guarantee makeup sessions or partial refunds. If something unexpected comes up, you’re always welcome to still attend the remaining sessions and receive support with materials covered in your absence.

How does corporate breathwork work?

Amy partners with companies to provide in-person breathwork and meditation sessions for employees. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, increase focus, and lower burnout-related absences.

Each organization is unique, but we recommend using a simple pre- and post-session evaluation to gather feedback from participants. These surveys can help track changes in perceived stress levels, focus, and overall well-being. If you’d like guidance on what to include in your evaluation, we’re happy to provide a template to support your internal reporting or wellness goals.

Yes. All corporate breathwork sessions are currently offered virtually via Zoom, making it easy to support teams across multiple locations. Each session is interactive, guided in real time, and designed to create a calm and engaging experience no matter where your employees are logging in from.
